I’ve always had a great time with the service reps at Randy Marion Subaru. Jessica Matos was fantastic—she checked me in and explained everything about my car’s issues clearly. As usual the folks in the service department are terrific to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, good listeners. Particularly impressed that they keep you informed with regular updates as to how to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, good listeners. Special shoutout to Jessica who went above and beyond to make sure the work on my car was completed successfully even when it meant sending technicians to my home to pick up and return the vehicle.
