Interesting story…. I cruised into the Infiniti dealership for a service call in 2022. While window shopping , I met Eddy. Things went well. My only gripes are I drove from out of town with an appointment, and it still took two hours to finalize paperwork. When I was doing my final signing, the sales associate going thru my Docusign paperwork took a phone call in the midst of signing and was very clearly not an emergency. This was quite disrespectful and showed that he no longer valued my time because I was already committed. Perhaps picky, but coming from a business professional with similar duties, I would never imagine doing this with one of my customers, much less one making a substantial purchase such as this. Eddy was great, a little pushy for me to do a video, (which I may have been more apt to do if my time felt valued). More

Deceptive advertising! Bought a used car that the dealership advertised as having done through their 167 point inspection process. Drove 400 miles to purchase the car. Car had an issue that should have been caught in an inspection. Purchased the car anyway, with the dealership saying they would fix the issue in a few days and ship the car to me. It took over 30 days to fix. They were never able to provide an inspection report for the car, and I found other issues after the car was delivered that also confirmed no inspection was done. Sales was poor with communicating repair status to me. Would NOT buy from this dealership again. More
