I was first introduced to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills through their aftermarket sales team, as they had an unbeatable offer for adding a cellular remote start system to my car. After scheduling the appointment for the remote starter installation, I realized that I would also need my 15,000 mile service completed around that same time. After bringing this to the attention of the aftermarket sales team, they introduced me to one of their award-winning service consultants, Anna Chmielewska, who worked with them to coordinate the remote starter installation and 15,000-mile service. Everything was seamless, and I vowed to be a return customer. Their dedication to providing their customers with the best experience imaginable couldn’t be more apparent and genuine. Shortly thereafter, my mom was in the market for a new car. She loved my Q50 and decided to buy her own. After hearing about the great experiences I’ve had at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, she decided to purchase her Q50 from them without hesitation. Steve made the buying experience, which can be long and tedious, enjoyable. He was very patient with us as we test drove many vehicles and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was always professional and courteous. Jake and Garrett did a great job walking us through the financial aspect of the purchase experience. Jalin was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations of the many, many features of the car and offered his assistance if we needed any further explanations or assistance with accessorizing the car.
