I am born and raised in Michigan, I graduated from Holt High School in 2012. I later moved on to further my education at Lansing Community College for two years while on the baseball team. I moved on to complete my bachelors degree in business at Davenport University as well as being a apart of the their baseball program for three years. I graduated in May of 2019, hopped into the auto industry and haven't looked back. I enjoy listening to customers wants and needs and finding them actually what they are looking for. I drove all the way from Chicago to buy this car. Jake made the process very simple and straightforward, no messing about, and no cheap sales tactics; the car is an absolute beauty; the back office wasnt made the process very simple and straightforward, no messing about, and no cheap sales tactics; the car is an absolute beauty; the back office wasnt the best at managing my paperwork and when to process it, I was given a 15 day driveaway tag and promised another 30 day one to be able to title my car in timely manner but when the 30 day temp tag came in it was processed 15 days earlier making it only valid for 15 days not 30 as told then my sales rep proceeded to ignore me when asked about this.
