I liked Russ from the start. There wasn't much of the whole salesman bit that I've gotten from other dealerships. I talked with him about the car that I was interested in and he pretty much let the car do the selling for him. Really wasn't any pressure at all. Got a couple text messages which I don't mind at all. Same with the sales manager Jacob - pretty good dude. The dealership worked with me to find the right bank for interest rates on the financing. They are a pretty small dealership but have very high-quality used cars. I'd never been there before and was surprised at their selection. I'd recommend them. More
