Bought the car I wanted. Month later neededs brake they should have replaced. 2 months later the whole engine needed replaced. I went into Serra Ford Rochester Hills to look at all my options of turning in my lease early. Jacob Berger spent a lot of time with me and went over all kinds of options. They offered me a good price to buy me out of my lease. I was able to purchase a used car with low miles at the cost range I wanted to be in with a low interest rate. They were all very friendly at the dealership and answered any questions I had. I had one concern with brake dust on my wheels after I had my car for only a week. I called Jacob and the Service Dept. Manager explaining my concerns about my brakes. They looked at my brakes, cleaned up the brake dust and confirmed there were no problems. I was very happy with my experience at this dealership and would highly recommend them to anybody. More
