Great support without the high pressure which made the carbine process much more enjoyable. Not knowing that the car only had one remote starter until after purchase was my only disappointment. There was an issue on the final two payments on my lease. I did not fully understand that your dealership was not taking those payments. It was my understanding that Hyundai was taking those last two payment I did not fully understand that your dealership was not taking those payments. It was my understanding that Hyundai was taking those last two payments . When I say that they would be figured into my financing I was taken aback. I had already paid $500 fee to secure the vehicle. $3000 down. This month payment on my Equinox + payment for the new car. 4 payments on ME! Disappointed. I left feeling duped. I would have kept my Equinox for two more months. I found Remi to be condescending. More
