I picked up the car recently, but it turns out it was already close to needing service, so it wasn’t properly prepared. Spark plugs are supposed to be changed every 45K miles, but they weren’t replaced, already close to needing service, so it wasn’t properly prepared. Great… But I ended up paying for additional services that I absolutely don’t need, like PPP+, and no one was going to cancel them even though it would have been easy to do… It’s disappointing… More
