I had the pleasure already knowing the efficient sales manager, Jackson and when I told him what I wanted he told me a Tucson and the color I wanted was already on the way. He quoted a fair price for my T manager, Jackson and when I told him what I wanted he told me a Tucson and the color I wanted was already on the way. He quoted a fair price for my Traverse and explained to me how I would get a $500 rebate, He was always kind, patient, sweet and efficient texting and calling me. We met Nancy when we got there. She was waiting for us and greeted us immediately and told us Jackson had told her my name. She immediately brought the Tucson up for us to see and drive in with her, I fell in love with the color of it, the leather seats and the high technology on it. I realized my old car was very old fashioned compared to it. It was also, easier to drive, Nancy was very efficient doing all my paperwork and answering all of my husband and my questions. She tried to acquaint us with as much of the car as she could. Jackson was very warm and cordial to us, also. He got us a 2.5 interest rate on a five-year plan with Hyundai Motors. We drove out very happy and pleased with our Tuscan and our wonderful experience with Hyundai of Auburn. I have high praises for Jackson's and Nancy's work ethic and the long hours and dedication to their customers. It was noticed and appreciated with Nancy's call a day later and a postcard today. I I would give Jackson and Nancy both gold stars for all their dedication to service. We love our Hyundai 2022 Tucson.
