Thorough, and good pricing Subaru superstore was awesome. They helped me by updating my radio (I didn't know it needed an update) and they fixed my oil drain plug for cheap. I g Subaru superstore was awesome. They helped me by updating my radio (I didn't know it needed an update) and they fixed my oil drain plug for cheap. I got an oil change, wheel alignment and a few other things done that i thought would cost in the 200 range but they saved me a good chunk of change. I walked out only paying 115. These guys are great and have great customet service. Thanks Subaru team. More

I inquired about a vehicle that sold just an hour earlier.....he hooked us up with a few other cars to test drive that were similar, and made the task of buying a new car a breeze. From start to finish we were there for just under 3 hrs, which is lightning fast in 'car buying' hours.....From finance to getting the car detailed, it was simply perfect and everyone was positive and cordial. Since I'm located in California it was important that I get all the help up front before I drove out to the dealership. Jack was honest, proactive, and made himself available to answer any questions I had. Even though the vehicle was located at the Surprise location, he still made all the arrangements for me and lined up other employees at that location to assist me once I got there. His follow up was great and he even checked on me to see to verify that everything was going as planned. I definitely recommend working with Jack if you need a vehicle from this dealership! More

From the beginning, Jack Callaghan was professional, friendly, and made buying a used car an enjoyable process. He never made me feel pressured but rather at ease, and went above and beyond in his customer service (offering a ride, personally filling the gas, clear communication). As we evaluated the car, he was so upfront that my detailed list of questions (yes, I brought a list) were almost all answered before I even asked. You could tell that he enjoys his job and likes getting people in the right car while honoring their budget. From my experience, this dealership is honest and cares about the customer. And I'm so happy with my 2013 Subaru Impreza! More

Jack Callaghan assisted my long-distance sales transaction with incredible communication, not to mention the highest professionalism of any vehicle purchase I have ever encountered. Jack even picked me up from the airport ON HIS DAY OFF and drove me 20 miles to the dealership and stayed at the dealer until the transaction was complete. Pierre Evans moved me through the purchase / title process and I drove away with a super car value. More
