Jack was honest, proactive, and made himself available to answer any questions I had. Even though the vehicle was located at the Surprise location, he still made all the arrangements for me and lined up other employees at that location to assist me once I got there. As we evaluated the car, he was so upfront that my detailed list of questions (yes, I brought a list) were almost all answered before I even asked.
