The vehicle I drove home (2025 IONIQ 6 SE RWD) VIN did not match the Vehicle Buyer's Order! Such a hassle to deal with: I could not get the Bluelink app to lock / unlock the doors for the vehicle parked not match the Vehicle Buyer's Order! Such a hassle to deal with: I could not get the Bluelink app to lock / unlock the doors for the vehicle parked in my garage. The app said my vehicle was in Jacksonville. I spent several hours researching and resetting the electronic dash board and it still said my car was in Jacksonville. On Sunday afternoon, August 10th, I noted the VIN issue and texted a picture of the VIN to Jace. I had to drive our RAV4 Hybrid to Ocala the next day to sign new paperwork. While deleting my incorrect VIN and adding the correct VIN to Bluelink, Jace mentioned he noticed the app said the car was in Jacksonville when he was originally activating Bluelink. He said he thought it just need to update overnight... The Vehicle Buyer's Order with the correct VIN incorrectly listed the mileage at delivery as 19 miles even though it had 233 miles on it. Why the discrepancy? I asked Jace to send me a copy of the Rebate Retail Bonus Cash Inventory rebate page showing $8,500 but it has not been received yet. I wanted it so it matches my buyer's order. It took my insurance agent a few days to delete insuring the wrong VIN and adding the correct one. I did not drive the car uninsured (3 days (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday). For delivery, I asked to have the car charged to 90% but it was charged to 100%. I was surprised and disappointed the Gainesville Hyundai parts department would not recommend an NACS to CCS1 EV adapter so that I could charge my car at a TESLA Supercharger. I want to purchase one that is compatible with the car and not damage the electronics. Jace recommended I look to Amazon to buy a J1772 adapter but there are so many to choose from. I had an excellent experience and was able to get the vehicle I was most interested in. They had to go to a different dealership to obtain the vehicle in the color I wanted with the custom package I was vehicle I was most interested in.
