Outstanding Buying Experience I was shopping around for a 2019 Passport in the northwest area where I live and decided to call Nick Theodor for pricing. After receiving an email q I was shopping around for a 2019 Passport in the northwest area where I live and decided to call Nick Theodor for pricing. After receiving an email quote from Nick I decided to drive to Valley Honda 50 Miles from my house. The day I got there Nick was very busy with a customer closing a sale. He did well by immediately introducing me to Dave Zisk who provided all the trade in numbers I needed as well as gave me to test drive in the unit I was looking for. Dave took the time to walk around the lot with me allowing me to see the different color exteriors and interiors. I was introduced to a very cordial Jab Rahman the same day who got involved making sure all my concerns were answered and happy with my selected product and trade in value for my car. The professionalism shown by Dave and his eagerness to provide a favorable trade in are the precise reasons why I return to Valley Honda to purchase my third Honda product. Jab is act My husband works for Lisle School District so we were referred to Valley Honda by a couple of the faculty there. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! Jab is actually a Lisle graduate, he made us feel like immediate family when looking on the showroom floor. We went on a Saturday with only the intentions of looking, test driving, and discussing finances on a new vehicle. The showrooms Internet was down that day but there wasn't any slack in the customer service. Fred Sims was our salesman. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. We knew what we were looking for and he didn't try to over-sell us on anything. As I mentioned, we didn't want to purchase anything that day but we ended up finding exactly what we wanted! And only thanks to Fred and Jab for wanting to make us happy. More

I remember when she and my spouse came back from car shopping how they couldn't stop talking about how awesome Sal was. I thought it was a little weird until I met Sal myself. But he really is that great! Sal made car shopping fun. Crazy! After my SIL's positive experience at Valley, when it came time for my husband and I to buy a new car, we knew we'd be paying a visit to Sal. It's SUCH a different experience, shopping at Valley. Everyone we worked with there, and especially Sal, greeted us warmly, treated us with respect, answered questions honestly, and didn't make us feel pressured. It took so much stress out of the process, knowing we could take our time, ask our questions, and get the right car. We got a very fair price on it, too--better than expected. And as a woman, as we shopped around at a few different dealerships, I couldn't believe how common it was for a salesperson to not even bother to make eye contact with me. (Seriously, still, in this day and age?). I would have to step in, put my hand out, and say, "Hi, I'm [name]" to get some of these guys to acknowledge me. Boo! This was not at all the case at Valley. Sal, Jab, and Nick get it--they treated both me and my husband as equal partners in the process. As we whittled down the list of cars that were contenders, I was happy ended up deciding to go with a CR-V,because I wanted to be able to buy a car from Sal. I will happily recommend to anyone I know who's in the market for a car to go to Valley Honda. Thanks to the crew at Valley for taking such good care of us! I hope I never have to buy a car anywhere else again. More
