I've been here many times this is the third car that I brought to this dealer for service. It was my first oil change at 5k miles and I had just gotten new wheels (kept stock tpms sensors) the tire shop c brought to this dealer for service. It was my first oil change at 5k miles and I had just gotten new wheels (kept stock tpms sensors) the tire shop cleared the sensors and the stock sensors needed to be reassociated/paired. Findlay wants 175 to pair stock tpms sensors, that seems insane to charge an hour shop labor for 5 minutes of work. I complained but they wouldn't work with me at all despite agreeing that it would only take a few minutes. I expect better service. Edit: Someone from Findlay called me and offered an apology but said there is nothing they can do about the diagnostic fee so I drove 35 minutes each way to another Toyota dealer and their service department apologized for the issue at Findlay and they paired the tire pressure sensors in less than 3 minutes using their scanner, they didn't even bother writing up paperwork on it. He said they wouldn't charge a diagnostic fee unless the pressure sensors didn't connect. That same 3 minute service would have been $175 at Findlay. I really shouldn't have to drive across town to get good service. More

Your service department is the best I've encountered over the years. Specifically, my service advisor - Phil Crabtree is by far the "best of the best". I have learned to trust him completlly over the years and he is the main reason I keep coming back to Findlay for mr my service and any repairs. Your technicians are also "top notch". More

I do not appreciate upselling I asked for just an oil change he tried to slip in an extra service of tire rotation and inspection. I do appreciate the offer but I specifically said oil change only and wh change he tried to slip in an extra service of tire rotation and inspection. I do appreciate the offer but I specifically said oil change only and when he told me the price and service it was with inspection and tire rotation and I had to tell him I clearly said I only want a oil change today because I had personally jus rotated the tires and changed the brakes so I do not appreciate that al all when I clearly said no to those options and he still tried to slip them in like I wouldnt notice and that’s very shady business practice! More

Xavier was very courteous and professional; attended to my request very promptly. Gave me early feedback on the time my tire would be replaced - offered Uber services to and from so I would not have to si my request very promptly.
