Now they say I don't have Toyota Care, yet my vehicle dashboard says I have Toyota Service Care, not what I signed up for. JP allowed me to leave upset instead of taking care of the simple tire rotation and getting me some help with someone that could resolve the issue. This place is terrible and this is the second time I was treated like this at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. More
