Frustrating Experience Went in for a service repair and ended up buying a used Atlas. Was told by the salesman that they would take care of the repair cost. Bought the car Went in for a service repair and ended up buying a used Atlas. Was told by the salesman that they would take care of the repair cost. Bought the car and ended up getting charged the repair cost when called back to the dealership was told that a refund check was being processed and just needed one more signature. Called the next day and found out there was no refund check and that they didn't explain it well and they "added" $500 to the trade in to make up the difference but we were never told or given an option. Now we are stuck paying for the repair, our payment is still the same as when we originally agreed to the deal. Love the Atlas just disappointed communication was very poor and wish we were given options and not just blindsided by now having to pay for the repair when were expecting to have it taken care of. More

When I first went online to Street Volkswagen looking at their Certified Used Passat(s), I immediately received a phone call from Chris Matthews. Chris, first of all, put ME first, HE listened to every word I spoke, this man is not your normal car salesman by any means, he is there, he is present with his customer. This is a rare find. What he did astounded me, by listening to my wants and knowing my situation, he was willing to let me walk away! No car salesman does this?! Again, unique and a Godsend. But, by also listening to my wants and knowing my needs, he instead got me into a brand new car, not used with payments I could more than afford! I cannot thank God enough for Chris and the team (JJ, Shane, John & Ashley) for what they did for me, you all are amazing, amazing people, I do not know why anyone would go anywhere else but Street to buy their vehicles! By-the-way, I ❤️MY VW!!! More
