My service advisor, James was professional and thorough regarding what I should expect and how long I would have to wait. He handled my recall on my 24 Santa Fe with ease and gave me an inspection and fixed my rear heated seats which was covered under my warranty. I was fortunate to have James as my Advisor and he got me back on the road in only a few hours. Thanks Star Hyundai for making my service experience wonderful and perfect More

The process of making an appointment was easy. However, the wait to have my car serviced was too long. My appointment was for 10:40 am and I didn't leave the service center until about 2 pm. Other However, the wait to have my car serviced was too long. My appointment was for 10:40 am and I didn't leave the service center until about 2 pm. Other customers came after me and were out within an hour. I leased my vehicle from Star Hyundai and they were very accomodating. I leased my vehicle at the begining of December 2024 and I only had just under 5700 miles. Hopefully I won't need another service appointment until 2027. More
