My overall experience with Napoli Nissan was great! Brought my SUV in for CVT service with oil change/rotate. The service mechanic created a short video describing the maintenance performed, nice touch. Jeff Cartier who greeted me and set up the appointment was friendly, professional, courteous, and cares about the customers. The other service team members were likewise friendly and considerate and I felt very comfortable talking with them. This dealership is incredibly fast, I was in and out in less than 45 min. The cost of what I done for service was very reasonable and I left with a clean car. They did a full car wash to my surprise. Would I go back, you bet I would. Thank you Jeff and the service team for a positive experience! More
