This was the perfect place to buy our family's second car! We found a great car at an excellent price online, but live 1.5+ hrs away and didn't think we'd make it in time to fully check it out. We came up and worked with JD, and he is the best car salesman we've ever had the pleasure of working with! He is kind, patient, professional, and helped keep our three kids comfortable and happy while we signed paperwork. I was also impressed how the Royal Moore staff worked together to help me clarify which car was the best for me. I started my search at the Toyota dealership and especially appreciated working with Khara Mejia and Mark Alfaro. I then went to the Subaru dealership, where Julio Valdes showed me the various Subaru models, took me on a test drive and helped me select the automobile that I eventually purchased. Unfortunately, Julio was not able to meet me the following evening when I came in to sign the paperwork however I appreciated how he worked with JD to have everything ready for me to finalize he purchase when i arrived. More
