She has been in this industry for 27 years and she truly knows BMW and is truly passionate about taking good care of her clients! She puts their interest first! This BMW dealership is truly one of the best out there. I felt they truly cared about me as well as my needs and concerns right off the bat which made my experience especially so different compared to other dealerships I have gone too. Mrs. Herbert worked very diligently and also advocated for me to get the best deal out there and I ended up with a brand new BMW! Also, having several concerns, including medical, Mrs. Karen listened to my needs and helped me to find the most perfect car and SUV! The seats are soo comfortable, the car drives GREAT and I truly could not ask for more! The price of my car was also exceptional and I thank the entire staff here, especially Mr. JC, Mr. Gluck, and Mr. Allen, and the warm front desk staff who greeted me and made sure my family was okay while we were there. There were also other staff who helped me too and cleaned my car and put new mats on the car floor for me. There are just so many people here I would like to thank...
