I have been to a lot of service facilities in my 78 years and couple dozen cars of almost every make, and this new dealership is special in every regard. It would be nice if they had a vending machine for s and couple dozen cars of almost every make, and this new dealership is special in every regard. My wife and I were on our way to Findlay Subaru dealership in Prescott, when we passed by this Hyundai dealership, we decided to check it out. The Salesman Alex was awesome and the deal we got on a dealership in Prescott, when we passed by this Hyundai dealership, we decided to check it out. The Salesman Alex was awesome and the deal we got on a Hyundai Santa Fe with 10 year 100,000 mile warranty was almost too good to be true. Couple that with a zero down and 0% interest for five years we couldn’t pass up the deal. Our new Hyundai Santa Fe is a dream to drive and since it’s a hybrid, it gets great gas mileage. More

I bought the car unseen. After it was delivered, I decided I didn't want it and asked to have it returned. I was told all sales are final. No where in the documents is this stated. After several attempts to return the car, I was given the S.O.L. treatment by the salesman and general manager. This experience with Findlay has left me cold and abandoned. By far the worst purchase experience I have ever experienced. More
