I am shocked at these reviews of the two people I dealt with at this dealership. I went in to a scheduled appointment with Davonna the internet sales dept. the appointment was confirmed and I showed up on with at this dealership. I went in to a scheduled appointment with Davonna the internet sales dept. the appointment was confirmed and I showed up on time. When I showed up she mentioned where she would be once I arrived. The internet sales department said she was with another client and would be with me after. After 15 mins, I texted her and she ended up sending out James to help us. James seemed really helpful at the beginning up until we started to talk about the purchase price. The lease price was INSANE on the car. I straight looked him in the eye and said I must have been mistaken and asked what dealership I was at because the price he gave me was for a Mercedes! They also lowballed me on my trade. Anyway, I walked and the next day got a great deal at Kia of Alhambra and they ended up giving me $7,000 more on my trade than this dealership did and gave me my lease for the amount I wanted it for. Davonna texted me the next day saying something how she wanted to reschedule my appointment because I never came. I wrote back on how she double booked her self and set me up with James. She basically said she had many walk ins that day. I had an appointment, so I guess appointments don't matter. More

I'm surprised he has 5 star reviews. Unfortunately the "help" he provided was not good. When asked if he could give us a better deal he lied about add-ons on the car, and the lowest interest I actually qu "help" he provided was not good. When asked if he could give us a better deal he lied about add-ons on the car, and the lowest interest I actually qualified for. Once we did the math, a 28k car added up to a total of 41k. That obviously does not sound honest at all. When we called him out on this, he got really worked up and started raising his voice and did not keep it professional. Needless to say, I got a better deal for the same exact car elsewhere with honest people. ALWAYS do the math, people. More
