Worst service. Choose another dealership.waited 4 hours for tire replacement and oil change. Then says he’ll wash my car- when I specifically asked for this after an oil change and it wasn’t done. Don’t waste your time, they need better training. More

DO not buy a used vehicle from this dealership! I will surely recommend this dealership to my family and friends because all of the staff made it easy and simple for me to purchase my vehicle. Since I called JC, pre-owned vehicle manager, he was friendly friends because all of the staff made it easy and simple for me to purchase my vehicle. Since I called JC, pre-owned vehicle manager, he was friendly and showed interest in helping me find a great deal. Then I spoke with Justin, used car salesmen, and he was able to keep me updated on the status of the vehicle and instilled me to trust and purchase the vehicle. I am beyond glad I drove 250 miles to pick up my new vehicle, and all thanks to the great team there at the dealership. I had a catastrophic experience at a close by dealership called Cavender Buick and GMC North a few days prior to reaching out to JC. It was their unwillingness of properly communicate with me and the sense of superiority over me as a buyer. They even went out of their way to make it a point that is I did not buy a vehicle from them then someone else will go and buy them that vehicle. They were not worried about customer satisfaction. Once again, thank you all for the great job and awesome staff. More
