Ivee is AMAZING! ! From my first request for information until today (currently waiting on our new CIVIC Touring Sport to arrive), she has been absolutely the best!! ! We have shopped at multiple luxury brand dealers and have not received this level of communication and willingness to make things happen! 100% reccomend asking for Ivee if you have a choice. More

This is the third Accord I have purchased from Honda of Columbia. I’ve always been very happy with the vehicle and the service department. The time it took to complete the transaction seemed lengthy. After Columbia. I’ve always been very happy with the vehicle and the service department. The time it took to complete the transaction seemed lengthy. After I finished with Ivee, I sat for about 20 minutes waiting to talk to finance. And once I was done with finance, it was probably another 30 minutes before I left the dealership. I was there over three hours so it seems like that could be streamlined some. But Ivee was great - very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like Finance could have presented the extended warranty options in another way - it seemed he was just telling me horror stories of all the exorbitant charges I could be responsible for because the new cars are basically computers and so much can go wrong and the best way to cover myself was to get the most expensive warranty. I walked out of there nervous my brand new car was going to get a virus and stop running in the first week. That’s too much information but that’s how I felt. All in all a good experience but could’ve been faster and maybe less negative info during the financing phase. That being said - I LOVE my new car! More
