I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Ivan at Honda dealership. The individual was rude, aggressive, and openly hostile, raising his voice and yelling when we expressed he experience with Ivan at Honda dealership. The individual was rude, aggressive, and openly hostile, raising his voice and yelling when we expressed hesitation about purchasing a car through him. Even worse, his behavior included racist undertones, making the entire interaction not only uncomfortable but deeply offensive. This is not how any customer should be treated, regardless of whether they choose to buy a car or not. I urge the management to take immediate action to address this kind of unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. No one should be made to feel disrespected or unsafe while shopping for a vehicle.
