Wasting the customers time is a sin. Wasting the customers time on their only day off is even worse. Gaudy Honda lets you book service appointments via their website and that's exactly what I did. I arrived 30 minutes early and patiently waited for a Service Rep to get me checked in etc. for a basic oil change. She proceeded to tell me she would not be able to get me checked in for 3 hours. 3 HOURS. I was at the dealership ON TIME, with an APPOINTMENT and I was told they overbooked. Overbooking is one thing, if it takes 3 hours just to check someone in for a BASIC OIL CHANGE you clearly do not know how to run a service department and should try another field for work. Is Gaudy going to pay for the gas it took for me to drive over? no. Is Gaudy going to compensate me for wasting the time it took to get there, to wait to be seen, and then leave me with nothing? no. I wasn't about to leave the car there just for them to tell me they could need to keep it overnight for a BASIC OIL CHANGE which is supposed to be covered under their own service agreement. I had other things to do on my only day off, and I wasn't going to risk it especially when they clearly cant handle the basics of scheduling management. So, in conclusion if you want to waste your ENTIRE day waiting to be seen for a BASIC OIL CHANGE let alone anything more complex, Gaudy Honda is the place to go! More

An amazing experience for a warranty repair. Taking over 2 years of waiting for parts availability due to the large number of vehicles involved (over 15 million units) I thought I'd been forgott Taking over 2 years of waiting for parts availability due to the large number of vehicles involved (over 15 million units) I thought I'd been forgotten. But once the mailer arrived, I called Goudy, and they set me up for a 2 business day later appointment. While there, another warranty item came up and could be serviced the same day. The waiting area is clean, safe, and easy to work in, with free WiFi, complimentary beverages and accessible restrooms nearby. The service manager kept me updated on their progress, and service was completed ahead of schedule, and all covered by warranty even after 5 years. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and this was definitely a best of industry experience. More

Mr. Yu service is excellent. Ivan was on the phone call for a while( my original service agent) Mr Yu step in to assist me. After, I was in the waiting room. Ivan came over to let me know he was in inspec for a while( my original service agent) Mr Yu step in to assist me. After, I was in the waiting room. Ivan came over to let me know he was in inspection call. I was surprised & happy he did that. Mr. YU called my car is ready. His (a couple) customer was there complaining that they bought the car 3 years had problems etc. He was patience listening while I was waiting. Then he pass papers to Ivan sifted close him to help me. When Mr Yu finally finish w/ that customer. He go back to Ivan's desk explain my tires condition is still ok That is good he finished with me. Prior..Ivan on the other hand ask me I'd I drove the freeway I said locally he explained also that's why my brake pad worn-out faster use more break. Come back in 2 months to check. They both are excellent service Agents. Thank you More
