I was greeted when I walked in and was directed to a salesman right away. He listened to my needs and answered questions. The selection available was good. There was a bit of a delay to finalize the fin salesman right away. He listened to my needs and answered questions. The selection available was good. There was a bit of a delay to finalize the financials because it was busy, but I was accommodated by Jay Honda utilizing the wait to get my new car ready, so I was able to take it home that day. Rob was very helpful explaining all the bells and whistles and even helped me clean out my old Accura. More

I do my homework and we came prepared. It was so refreshing that there were no tricks, no gotchas, no high pressure pitches. They were professionals, made sure we were compfortable with the car we were interested in, did a test drive, they came forward with initial numbers that said they were serious, and we were quick to iron out the remaining details. All in all, I would absolutely shop at Jay Honda again, but hopefully not for a long while. We love our new SUV! More
