Worst experience of my life.. We were sold options that the car didn't even come with, agreed on one price per month on a lease, then we met with the finance guy to sign paperwork, We were sold options that the car didn't even come with, agreed on one price per month on a lease, then we met with the finance guy to sign paperwork, and he told us the price agreed upon did not include tax and title fees. Which came to $22 more PER MONTH? After the fact, we were told that they were known for this trick. To make matters worse, it's a Lemon! Back in service for third time! Engine feels like it is failing when accelerating into traffic. It stalled so hard that I almost hit my face on the steering wheel (my 2 small kids were in the back seat when it happened) and then almost got t-boned by oncoming traffic!! We've been complaining about this issue for MONTHS, but since "they were unable to duplicate the issue" they returned the car to us each time without even touching it.. Mostly because the dealership is located at traffic jam central/Rt 4 in Paramus. How do you "duplicate" an engine issue if you can't exceed 15 MPH? NOW all of sudden they can duplicate it, but state that we beat on the car, and so it's our fault. I'm 40 years old, live in NJ traffic, and usually have my kids with me. It's a $400 repair, and we are leasing this car. The District manager denied our claim to have this covered under the 10 year warranty, and we were advised to submit claim to Hyundai Corporate. You know what they said? Call the better business bureau, we can't help you. Incidentally, I googled Hyundai complaints, and wouldn't you know there are MANY cases of this same issue, each time diagnosed differently, so as to avoid Lemon Law claims, I guess? Please, don't do it to yourself. You deserve better. You do. More

Hyundai Tuscon I came into the dealership just looking for a pre-owned Tuscon. I was directed to Iggi Barreto. I told him what I was looking for and the necessities I came into the dealership just looking for a pre-owned Tuscon. I was directed to Iggi Barreto. I told him what I was looking for and the necessities that I was looking for in the car. He immediately went and looked through the inventory and found me my perfect car! He made the buying experience a great one. Even though I was at the dealership for almost 4 in a half hours and was extremely tired, he worked with me and made me feel very comfortable. Iggi was very friendly and understood everything that I was looking for and made the buying experience a positive one. More

Our salesman Iggy Barreto took the time to explain nearly everything about the 2015 Sonata prior to an amazing test drive. He was an excellent salesman- I never felt pressured or intimidated. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with leasing terms. Mark Harding also assisted and was very helpful and straight to the point. I signed the papers and picked up my car the next day! Best experience hands down.. I will definitely be back once my lease term is over. Whether this is your first experience or not- Iggy & Mark are incredibly easy to work with! More

I was very unsure about the concept of leasing and very satisfied with Iggy -my salesman and the time and care he took with me to be sure that I understood leasing. I was pleased with the service I received from my sales representative Ignatious Barreto (Iggy) and his manager Mark Harding . I had checked out 2 other dealers the same day and I found the experience with Iggy and Mark was much less pressure and more caring about my wants and needs and how they could help me. Both were friendly and polite and Iggy's excellent customer service really helped me to make my decision in leasing a car. More

Perfect Service This is my first time buying/leasing a car and I am VERY PLEASED with the service I received from my sales representative Ignatious Barreto (Iggy) and This is my first time buying/leasing a car and I am VERY PLEASED with the service I received from my sales representative Ignatious Barreto (Iggy) and his manager (don't really remember his name). my intentions were just to go and check things out (being that I was just coming from another dealer located on the opposite side of the street who left a bad taste in my mouth with their "bait and switch" deal). However, after meeting Iggy (who is really friendly) and telling him what I was looking for, I came to realise that he wasnt all about getting me to sign an agreement but it was more about getting me into the right car- one that fits my needs. I also met with his manager and his friendly polite demeanor along with his and Iggy's excellent customer service got me to realise that if I'm ever going to purchase/lease a car then I was at the right place. The service was the best I've come across in a very long time and I'm very pleased....I hope that Hyundai realises that Iggy and the manager are both great assets to their establishment. Latoya More

I am a thrilled owner of a 2014 Santa Fe Sport Turbo! I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport Turbo and our salesman was Iggi Baretto. I my uncle, who retired from GM, can get us the employee discount but I'd r I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport Turbo and our salesman was Iggi Baretto. I my uncle, who retired from GM, can get us the employee discount but I'd rather buy a Hyundai. They immediately said they could match that price and to give them a few days to find the exact car I wanted. In the interim, my husband visited Paramus Hyundai and met with Iggi, explaining our situation that just occurred at Lynn's. Iggi said there is no way they can find the car you want because it doesn't exist in the country. He also said the price they quoted in not possible. So my husband left and we anxiously waited to hear from Lynn's, which we never did. We then visited a Honda dealer and that salesman could get us into a Honda CRV for even less money but the car was also less equipped and I just wasn't that crazy about it. I was about to sign off on that deal when my husband asked if I was sure that I didn't want to pay a little more for the Santa Fe since it's a much nicer vehicle, which was $8k more than the CRV but the payment wouldn't be that much higher. I decided to go with the Santa Fe so my hubby called Iggi at 4 pm that Saturday and told him we wanted the model he had for the price he quoted, no higher and we would be right there. Iggi agreed. He greeted us with a big smile and was so incredibly nice and accommodating. He didn't BS and delivered exactly what he promised. He set up and explained all of the vehicle features fully. We are very pleased with the whole experience and Iggi is a wonderful salesman. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai! More

End of lease from 2012 My lease was almost up on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I had an appointment on Tuesday August 19 to see new Hyundai's. Iggi Barreto was the consultant I me My lease was almost up on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I had an appointment on Tuesday August 19 to see new Hyundai's. Iggi Barreto was the consultant I met with. I liked him from the beginning. He asked what I was interested in and showed me a few different cars. Turns out I wanted to lease a 2014 Sonata and he and Mark worked out a great deal I was comfortable with. They took in consideration my price range as well as a car I would be happy with. Mark said he would search inventory to find the color and car I was interested in. Iggi called me Thursday to say they had 4 cars that I can choose from. Iggi asked what color I would like and he could get the process started so when I got there later it would be ready for me. He was very patient with me, with all my questions and concerns and how the car looked! I decided to go with silver. After work I went there and Iggi had much of the paperwork ready. When we went out and he showed me the car, I was so happy and didn't expect such a beautiful and higher end model. I gave him a big hug and thanked him. He took the time to show me all the features in the car, set up my blue link and answered all my questions and never acted like I was taking too much of his time. He even made sure I took everything out of my old car that I could of forgotten. I even got the pin stripe that I was hoping for! Thanks Mark for that! I left there feeling like I got a great deal, beautiful car and confident that if I had any concerns or questions or problems in the future that Iggi would help me. Very nice man and a wonderful consultant to deal with! Thank you again and I love my new car! More
