Exceptional service! I had a lease end on my previous Hyundai purchased at another location. After not having a good experience with them during the term of my lease, I had found Iggy at Paramus Hyundai. I had spoken to him a few months prior to my lease ending and he told me when I was ready, to come in and that he would change my views about leasing and he did just that! He was beyond thorough, explained everything, was honest and truly wanted me happy. I had no expectations or thought that I would be leaving with my new car that day and he did everything in his power to make that happen for me. He even helped me clean out my old car! IT TOOK THEM OVER 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO REGISTER OUR NEW VEHICLE WITH PLATES FROM DMV. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE COLOR THAT WE WANTED. THEY EVENTUALLY GOT US A SIMILAR COLOR VEHICLE.
