A Visit That Will Leave You Feeling Proud I must say that my experience for buying my very first car felt like a blessing. I had some reservations because I am a woman and usually get taken advantage of. However, it was not like Iggi. There were some concerns I had with my credit but Iggi was patient and worked with me. He didn't make me feel bad about my credit nor look down on me. It felt like we good friends the way we just talked while test driving the car. Iggy was very knowledgable with the demo lesson on the vehicle. He was attentive to my financial needs and did not try to push anything on me. But he was a great Sales person. His customer service was warm and pleasant. I wood recommend Iggi for future patrons. In fact my co-worker loves my car and want to see if she can get a deal too. Drived home happy!! More

Everyone knows buying a car can be stressful , Iggy never preassured me and got me the car i was looking for for the price i was looking for !The bussiness manager Akmal was the icing on the cake , really such a nice person and worked to get me the rate i needed to take home my new car . As it had saved my life I wanted the same model. After days of searching New York and New Jersey I found the perfect car at a Hyundai dealer in Paramus. I am back in Florida. my 20 day temporary NJ plate expired 13 days ago. Ziggy, the salesman has not returned my phone call. I asked to talk to a manager on a subsequent focal I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. He did not. Three days after I bought the car I was driving through New Jersey in a snowstorm And realized the windshield wipers were almost useless. I stopped by the dealer and Ziggy told me he wasn't sure that they could do anything. I pointed out it was a certified used car and should have function of wiper blades. The manager agreed and I drove off able to see. The day we bought the car I asked Ziggy to help me connect my phone. He said he would be right out. 10 minutes later my husband I figured it out ourselves. While working all day there was another Salesman standing in the lot I asked if he would help us and he said Ziggy would be out soon. I have never heard of such lack of service ever. I went back to crown Hyundai in St. Petersburg where I bought the first car and they were most helpful. The wonderful service I got from Holly in St. Petersburg made up for the poor service of Ziggy. Vicky did not forget however to remind me several times to go online and write a review. This is it.
