Excellent Customer Relations and Experience I went to Hyundai Paramus as a first-time buyer with an idea that I may be disapproved for a lease application. Iggi Barreto, their sales consultant w I went to Hyundai Paramus as a first-time buyer with an idea that I may be disapproved for a lease application. Iggi Barreto, their sales consultant was very accommodating and helpful in terms of laying down all my options from leasing, to financing and so on. It was as if I had a personal consultant trying to understand my needs as a newly relocated foreigner here in the US, and as a first-time buyer without any credit score to begin with. In less than a week, I got an approval from the bank to lease - thanks to their "push" and endorsement, and got to bring home my brand new Tucson this same afternoon. Overall, it was an excellent experience, excellent customer relations, excellent service and highly recommended dealership and sales agent Iggi Barreto. More

Hyundai Tuscon Lease Came in with a need for an immediate new lease or other solution to over mileage situation. The salesman I dealt with (Iggi) was personable and professional and was able to get me out of my current lease and into a new lease, at a cost, which was to be expected. The process was relatively easy but the time I spent at the dealership (3+ hours) could be improved upon. All in all, a good experience. More

Be Aware , Not Hoinest We tried to purchase a CPO Hyundai from them. They would not negotiate on the price as it was way overpriced versus a new vehicle. While we were decid We tried to purchase a CPO Hyundai from them. They would not negotiate on the price as it was way overpriced versus a new vehicle. While we were deciding they asked for a $500 deposit on a credit card to hold the vehicle over night. The next we called and cancelled, We called Iggy and explained we were getting a brand new car for the just a few dollars more. He said they could not match the price and we should be buy the new car.. We took his advice and asked for a refund. Al most a week no later no refund. We called and were told to talk to Phil Loria he promised to do it immediately. A week later no refund we called Iggy again asked where it was. He then asked for our card number to process it. More than a day later still not done and obviously they never had any intention of doing it. We are going to dispute the charge, file a complaint with CFPB, and the BBB. If they could get zero stars I would give them that. More
