I have purchased many cars over the last 50 years and dreaded it every time. But last week, when I came down from Rockland County and walked into the Paramus Hyundai dealership, the General Manager Jesse dreaded it every time. But last week, when I came down from Rockland County and walked into the Paramus Hyundai dealership, the General Manager Jesse, a true gem, introduced me to Iggi Barreto and I entered an entirely new car buyers experience. Iggy doesn't sell you a car. Hyundai cars pretty much sell themselves. He guides you through the process of making the best choices for you to get a vehicle that's right for you. While that is happening you feel like this man is the brother you always wished for but never had. So elegant and warm and always, always on your side, helping you find your comfort level and a way to get your money to go the farthest. Iggy helped me to get a new car vs. a previously owned vehicle with the same amount of outlay. The whole process from walking in the door to driving away took four hours. Hello? The experience in the financing department with Giovanni was also unlike the usual shakedown one gets. Respect, cooperation, and the goal of satisfying their customer, every time. I did my research and asked the dealership to give me their best salesperson based on the following criteria: 1) extensive experience at the Paramus dealership 2) great relationship with the general sale their best salesperson based on the following criteria: 1) extensive experience at the Paramus dealership 2) great relationship with the general sales manager as well as the finance manager 3) nice and 4) straightforward. Of course these qualities most certainly would mean that the person had a successful track record and good client skills but easier said than done. In short, Iggi personified each and every one of these qualities. From our very first conversation, he was not only nice and professional, but super focused on meeting my expectations. He did not act "salesy" at all; rather, he was consistently transparent and honest...even if it wasn't the ideal answer. And it went a long ways towards building trust and credibility. Simply put, Iggi said what he meant and did what he said he would do. I was pleased about getting a good deal, but I felt even better about the fact that I developed a solid relationship and a strong advocate in Iggi. I'm definitely looking forward to working with him again in the near future. More

This was my 2nd leased vehicle from this dealership and my 2nd time working with Iggi Barreto. He is the man to see when you go there. He is professional and knowledgeable about the cars.
