Ian Kelley was amazing and helped all along the way. Our fleet company is not the easiest to get everything through. He was patient and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. I worked with Frank Williams directly, but I can't really assign any stars because we played "car sale" tennis - back and forth - for several days and the truck I wanted was sold by the time anybody got seri assign any stars because we played "car sale" tennis - back and forth - for several days and the truck I wanted was sold by the time anybody got serious. We did the "how about another truck" game, but nothing had what I needed. At any rate, I just had to chalk this up as another attempt to do business with this dealership that ended the same way as the others. On the bright side, they are located next door to Jerry Damson Honda, who had another truck with the options I needed that wanted to make a deal, so I didn't have to travel far to buy a truck. More
