I guess I would say if a person changes their mind overnight they should honor that and not try to talk them out of it and make them feel guilty.. We all have things going on . the last. Where you could do that, but I ended up with a truck. I really didn’t want & now I’m trying to sell it. Which, by the way, took several weeks to get the title from the dealer and now of course, fewer weeks from the state of Missouri. Not sure why it takes so long to distribute a title to a customer after they pay cash for it. The good news is is Jim Butler did do a lot of nice stuff to it. They went over and beyond it seems to make it very nice and safe for the road.. that’s my take on it all. I’ll probably avoid dealers as much as I can in the future. It’s just a little too fake and too much pressure.. More

I was looking for a used car for about 8 months. Saw one I wanted to look at at Jim Butler. Ian came out while I was looking at it. I was able to ask him my questions and take a closer look at the vehicle then we did a test drive. I was satisfied with the vehicle and the information I got from Ian so we went ahead with the purchase. The process was fairly easy and they were able to come down a little on the price. The only thing that would have made it 5 stars for me was better communication on the amount of time I would have to wait for it to be detailed the next day. If I had known it wasn't going to be ready I would have gone over later. It also wasn't clear as to when I was going to receive the title when I left the day of purchase. Overall though it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the ease of the purchase process. I would recommend Jim Butler in Crestwood for purchasing a used car. More
