Dealership was incredibly difficult to work with from beginning(setting up an appointment) to end (no updates on car). Very poor communication. The MPI I received was for someone else's car. They waited for me to drop the car off on Thursday evening 3/26 to inform me they were backed up and no one would look at my car until Monday 3/30. Why not call me ahead of time so I could drop the car off for Monday. More
