They made her feel very comfortable with the Jetta, even prepping different colors so she could see them. Was not impressed with the finance department! My daughter described it as awkward and pushy. I was not impressed with being badgered to buy extended warranties on a car that we are leasing for 3 years. Also, I was quoted one payment in sales including all taxes and fees and somehow jumped another $20 in the end. More
