I would have given them a 5 but last oil change service was bad. Tire pressure left too high (40)after testing for poss leak. Fluids not topped off. When i called about it i was brushed off. ‘Your ww fluid was bad. Tire pressure left too high (40)after testing for poss leak. Fluids not topped off. When i called about it i was brushed off. ‘Your ww fluid container may have a leak. It doesn’t. The tire pressure at 40/39 really isnt going to matter - its probably the heat. Just let some out. I’m disabled so thats not an option. so i brought it back in. No apology for my trouble felt like it was not valued. Other times service aok! More

I purchased extended maintenance and warranties when I purchased my Outback car from them in 2021. Every time I take my car in, have to prove that I have it. And then it doesn’t cover what I was led to b purchased my Outback car from them in 2021. Every time I take my car in, have to prove that I have it. And then it doesn’t cover what I was led to believe. Their system never seems to save that information. It is very frustrating. For that reason I would not recommend them and I will not ever purchase anything like that again. As far as the actual service on my car, I have no complaints. More
