Hi Rafael, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing your concerns forward. We’ve reviewed our records and see that you contacted us regarding your A/C concern, and I see that we’ve already made arrangements for you to bring your vehicle in on Monday so we can take care of that. But I'm not seeing any prior communication related to financing or titling. If there’s additional context there, we’re happy to review it—but we do want to ensure we’re addressing concerns based on accurate information. I also want to clarify that several of the individuals listed in your review, including myself, had no direct involvement in your interaction. DealerRater allows customers to select employees, but in this case, multiple team members were rated who had no contact with you, which doesn’t reflect the actual experience. Our focus now is making sure your A/C concern is handled promptly and properly when you come in Monday. We look forward to getting this resolved for you.
