JUST BOUGHT A 2010 HONDA PILOT FROM HILLSIDE HONDA, THE BEST VEH EVER. COMFORTABLE, AFFORDABLE, BUT MOST IMPORTANT GOOD PRICE. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPT SO I JUST DROVE IN, SPOKE TO HENRY FROM THE SERVICE DEPT, TOLD ME IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM IF I DID NOT HAVE AN APPT, HAD MY OIL CHANGE WITHIN 45 MINTS, THEY TOP OFF MY FLUIDS AND LEFT HAPPY BECAUSE THEY ACCOMMODATE ME, WENT TO MY TRIP AND CAME BACK MY TRUCK STILL IN THE PERFECT CONDITIONS...I WAS VERY SATISFIED THE WAY THEY HANDLED ME AND I WILL DEF BUY AND SERVICE MORE CARS FROM HILLSIDE HONDA. The service staff is very polite and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and knowlegeable about what your car needs. And, I've been told, the hourly labor cost is about $5.00 of their way to make sure you are comfortable and knowlegeable about what your car needs.
