After shopping around we found a car that would be available in the time we needed at the price point we wanted. AJ was super nice and responded to my inquiry request via requested contact method a available in the time we needed at the price point we wanted. Most of the communication happened over text (even the slight haggling) which was very convenient for me as I work 6 days a week. AJ also didn't try to steer me to another car or trim package, he respected that I knew what I wanted and was willing to negotiate within reason of the current market. More

I went into the finance part with $630/month expected payment but walked out with a $681/month payment. Also, I had to go through another bank because TFS would not give us the best rate even though I h payment but walked out with a $681/month payment. Also, I had to go through another bank because TFS would not give us the best rate even though I have been buying and financing Toyotas for 20+ years. While I got the vehicle my wife wanted, I did not get the deal I expected. I am having some serious doubts about going back to Jim Norton for our next vehicle. More
