Helena, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and that was very impressive to me compared to many sales people. I certainly recommend her. Andre was efficient and courteous. In general, not only did I get a fair price but I was treated with respect. This is different from another dealership that I dealt with in the area, Scott Honda, where I was so disrespected by the sales manager that I just walked out. I would prefer that no negotiation was necessary in buying cars today. You still have to go in well-prepared knowing the value of your trade and the price of cars and prevailing discounts and you also need to be prepared to very politely walk out. But at least the process here was courteous and efficient so I am satisfied. More
