Want to share a great experience had yesterday at Carl Black or Orlando. This is the second vehicle I purchase from them in 2 years. I was greeted by JP and immediately he showed empathy and started to as Black or Orlando. This is the second vehicle I purchase from them in 2 years. I was greeted by JP and immediately he showed empathy and started to ask questions in order to see what I was looking and what was my specific situation. He did a wonderful Job by showing me the car that was looking and working very had with Hector Jimenez sales manager to try to give me the maximum trade in value , all of the possible discounts and getting me an approval with GM in 1 hour. When we got to the finance department there was also a very good experience fast and efficient. Overall this was a very good experience and will recommend this dealership to anybody looking for their next car. More
