Everything was great until receiving the numbers (payment on car whereas I felt pressured to continue the sale without any help in possibility of negotiating the price). The car that we were promised from another dealership was sold. Didn't get a call from our salesman until we called him. Also, I had insurance put on car that we signed for which was actually sold to someone else. Salesman did try and make it right but gave us a car that was similar to what we wanted but had stuff on it that we didn't want.(bow tie package we didn't want and still waiting for gold emblems to be put on. Overall, even though our salesman is trying to make it right, it was a bad experience ever on leasing a car. Also, working with Hector at financing the car, he was trying to make us put down $500 refundable deposit to show we were going to stay with the sale to get car from 'sister' dealership which I refused to do. More
