My name is Heather and I am happily married with 4 children. I'm originally from Long Island, New York, but have lived in several state while my husband was Active Duty with the Army. I enjoyed the experience and am grateful for it. It has helped me have a greater appreciation for what our men & woman in uniform endure on a daily basis that we tend to take for granted. Not only am I a mom to 4 children but am also a Siberian Husky mom of 4 beautiful huskies who are like children to us.

I had an oil change for my 2014 Armada.....just stopped by and they were very courteous and took me right in. I bought it and was having it serviced at Kelly Mitsubishi in Emmaus, PA. Came in for oil change and tire rotation plus have my display checked for problems. Heather kept me informed every step of the way. She even showed me how to preset stations for Sirius which I was havi display checked for problems. Heather kept me informed every step of the way. I've had a lot of vehicles through the years and have dealt with many dealers. NEVER in my days have I had such a pleasant, hassle free, quick service appointment! My car was taken in before I even had dealt with many dealers. NEVER in my days have I had such a pleasant, hassle free, quick service appointment! My car was taken in before I even had a chance to sit in the waiting area. Was greeted immediately upon pulling in by two extremely pleasant gentlemen (sorry, don't recall their names) and before I knew it they had come out to tell me my vehicle was ready. I come from an hour and a half away to get to Kelly and it's worth it for the positive, friendly, prompt service! More
