Yall gave an amazing service dept and customer service! I dont think I saw a single worker who didn't want to be there, which is unusual because usually at car dealerships you see someone miserable because I dont think I saw a single worker who didn't want to be there, which is unusual because usually at car dealerships you see someone miserable because they have to be at work. You can tell they treat their employees well. I think I even saw the workers picking up their lunches at the cafeteria not sure if they were complementary but I sure hope so they are great staff. More

The buying experience was really smooth. Vinnie and Eric were both very helpful. The detailing work was the worst part of the buying experience. I had an overall good experience at the dealership. It can be improved in many ways. First of all, I asked them to tell me which car would be best in terms of price between a Civic and accord they reco It can be improved in many ways. First of all, I asked them to tell me which car would be best in terms of price between a Civic and accord they recommended the civic would be better. We spend about four hours back-and-forth going through deals for the Civic then after I realized that the accord is better in terms of price then the management itself told me that you’re right that accord is better in price so I wondered why didn’t they tell me in the first place. also there consumed a lot of time going back-and-forth with unnecessary deals and promotions I didn’t want to purchase. But I would still say they tried their best. The car did get a deep clean but had a strange food type smell inside it since the minute I drove off with it. Fantastic team here at Reeves. What started as a service request quickly evolved into a trade-in/purchase offer, concluded with the latter and a happy customer. While my wife an What started as a service request quickly evolved into a trade-in/purchase offer, concluded with the latter and a happy customer. While my wife and I had been considering purchasing for a while, it was really their team’s quick communication and fine-tuned, pre-owned recommendation after service drop off that sold us (they texted me a pre-owned recommendation only a few min after dropoff). We had no concrete plans the day before to actually make a purchase the next day. I worked mainly with Eric (service), Hassan (salesman), Bryan, and Angelika (spelling?), and they were each fantastic and worked with me professionally on both the static and negotiating levels. We also had a fun, recurring conversation with the gentleman at the front about jaw harps while we were camped out waiting for our paperwork to pass through the line. Point: Reeves’ qualities swung like a pendulum—from seasoned professionalism on one end to a deep sense of family and trust on the other. Good combo. Thanks for the beautiful Kia Forte.
