I went to do a lease buy out and David was very rude. He then insinuated I was poor because if I was “paying with cash I would have been done quicker”.. We felt like he was doing us a favor since it was late Friday afternoon.. He then yelled at me when I mentioned 9% interest rate was too high considering I have good score and he yelled at me repeatedly asking if I had run it with my social.. Then when I went back another day and went directly with one of the finance managers Hasan, he showed me a monthly payment that didn’t match the amortization payment I did on my cell, and when I asked he said “oh I forgot to remove the delearship fee and some other fee”, how convenient… You need to be careful with these guys..
