When I went in to finally take delivery of the vehicle, I realized it's just the office's culture, from the Finance team to the BMW genius giving me a tutorial on how to best take advantage of the amazing machine I had just purchased (2025 M3 Comp Xdrive)--not taking anything away from how great it was to work with Chad. I highly recommend that anyone in the Southeast US looking to become part of the BMW family (that's how I feel now btw) should do so through BMW of Sarasota. You won't regret it. More
