The buying process was top notch, however, we return on Friday to have two tire put on the car. Appointment was at 8:00am I was there until 12:45 and have to go back because the service dept broke one of Friday to have two tire put on the car. Appointment was at 8:00am I was there until 12:45 and have to go back because the service dept broke one of the tire sensors and it’s still broken and we asked to have the tire locks removed because the tool to remove them was not in the car. We said we would pay for the 4 lugnuts. 5 hours to replace 2 tires was unacceptable to us. More

This was my first time visiting a Hyundai dealership, as we have always purchased Honda's and Toyota's in the past.
