Hamza was the highlight of Sun Toyota, everything else was a disaster. Had a truck for 3 weeks, and noticed they never paid off my trade-in. When I brought this to their attention I was told it was a pa was a disaster. Had a truck for 3 weeks, and noticed they never paid off my trade-in. When I brought this to their attention I was told it was a paperwork error and I should come in. Boy was I wrong, they advised having dealer remorse and If I wanted to keep the truck I would need to pay an extra $3500. When I said No, they said ok thanks we will just give you back your truck. Needless to say, came home in my traded in truck. Be very careful, Adrian their finance manager is extremely arrogant and downright unprofessional would not fess up to their error and own it. Even Toyota Finance, Corporate and two other dealerships were shocked. To add salt to the wound, Mark Schols their GM totally gaslighted the situation and seem unphased by his teams unprofessional behavior. Keep your distance. More
