They LISTENED to me and understood what I was looking for. I NEVER felt pressured. Ultimately, we shook hands on a deal that met all of my parameters and made my wife and I feel good about our purchase. Even when everything was signed, sealed and delivered (AND despite the dealership closing for the evening) Hamad took his time and insisted on teaching me how to use all of the great new features of my 2015 Pilot. I left with a full understanding of how to use the different functions / features of my new car and with a smile on my face. I still don't LOVE car buying, but it was a MUCH better experience from what I have experienced in the past. THANK YOU! Highly recommend! More

He explained everything to us very clearly and he helped us get a monthly payment that fit into our budget. He also was most helpful in acclimating us to the new car with its new perks, e.g., Bluetooth and the rear camera. He told us to call him at any time if we needed his help with anything or needed him to walk us through something. Hopefully, when our lease is over in 3 years, we'll be back and Hamad will still be working at DCH Paramus Honda. More

No hard sell, just good advice and honest negotiation that did not take long, which we very much appreciated, which ultimately resulted in a fair, reasonable, and affordable price. Hamad also did a great job in explaining the new changes to the model and showing us how things worked. F and I Manager John Medrano was also very helpful in explaining other details of the lease and even provided us with a complimentary tire protection. As long-time customers we appreciate the respect and service we receive from the DCH staff. The people at Paramus Honda go out of their way to be helpful. That includes everyone from the greeters to sales to finance to the service department. It is largely the reason why we keep going back.. More
