Perfect I was about to sign the paperwork on a vehicle directly through the dealership and it didn't feel right. Then I remembered that a good friend of mine had told me how much he not only loved D&M Leasing, and even more so sang the praises of Haley. I literally called and talked to my friend with the salesman in front of me, and after a 30 second call I stood up and walked out of the dealership. All my friend said was "leave immediately and call Haley, she will take care of everything". After a 20 min convo with Haley, she said "I've got it, I'll call you in a couple hours". She called me and had it all worked out, the numbers made perfect sense and she structured it exactly how I needed it. Haley will handle all my purchases from now on. More

She makes the process painless and is tireless about finding us the exact vehicle we want/need. I took delivery of a new truck this weekend. I explained to Haley that my live was very busy at the moment and she offered to bring the truck to me at my home. We expected to have to wait several weeks or months to find our next SUV, but Haley found the vehicle we were looking for late on Friday afternoon a week after our initial correspondence. We looked at the SUV online over the weekend, and decided to move forward as soon as possible because the make and model we were interested in moves quickly. My wife and I have a limited amount of time due to our hectic work schedules, so spending a day at a dealership simply isn’t a viable or desirable option for us. Haley began formally working on the deal the following Monday morning and had the new SUV in our driveway by the end of the day. Thanks again Haley! More
